LOCATION:

The house is located in a quaint neighborhood in Denver, NC, and is a short drive to everything you’ll need and the fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options, craft breweries, shopping. It is approximately 5.5 miles to the Walmart Supercenter and is approximately 25 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

WHAT IS PROVIDED: For your convenience and comfort, we are happy to provide the following during your stay.

-Wireless Internet

-Small Kitchen Appliances (including microwave, coffee maker, & toaster)

-Dishes, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Flatware, Kitchen Towels

-Bed Linens for all beds and pillows

-Bath Towels  (Beach towels are NOT provided)

-1 Roll of Toilet Paper for each Bathroom

-1 Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen

-Hand Soap

**Guests will need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels to use during the stay.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY :

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.

CLEANING:

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee.
